Except for a TV on one wall, this space is a blank canvas for you to transform to fit your specific needs. You set the vibe here, every time.
Bathroom Access
With the rental of our space, you have access to 2 working bathrooms (down the hall) with mirrors. These can be used as changing rooms if needed.
Large-Screen TV
A large TV is installed on the northwest wall, perfect for presentations or previewing your photos. The TV can be covered by a backdrop if desired.
Private Entrance
This studio is part of Kre8tive Agency’s office. However, the space has its own walkout entrance, creating a 100% private space.
Lots of Free Parking
Free, on-site parking is available on the building lot, in front and behind the building. Free, 2-hour street parking is also available.
Natural Window Light
Large windows on southeast & southwest-facing walls allow natural sunlight into the space from sunrise to sunset every day.
Thermostat Control (AC/Heating)
The studio has its own thermostat which can be set to your liking while you are in the space. Both heating and AC are installed in the building.
Backdrop & Basic Lighting Available
A paper-roll backdrop (black, white, and green) and basic photography lighting can be made available for your use in studio upon request.
Props & Furniture Available
Access to our library of props and furniture (couches, stools, mirrors, etc.) is available for an additional fee if desired. Preview our full library here.
Kitchen Access Available
Access to a fully furnished and operational kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge & freezer) is available for an additional fee if desired.
