Our rates
$75/Hour (2 Hours Minimum) on Weekdays (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
$95/Hour (2 Hours Minimum) On Weekday Evenings (after 5pm) & Weekends
+$40 For Prop & Furniture Library Access
+$35 For Kitchen Access
For Extended Hours Access, please inquire directly via email.
When booking, please account for set-up and clean-up time, as the space must be restored it to its original condition after each use. All decorations, equipment, and personal items must be removed by the end of the booking time. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the space is left in disarray. See our policy for more details.
Special Rates:
- Bookings for 4 or more hours will receive a 7% discount.
- Bookings for 8 or more hours will receive a 15% discount.
- Membership rates are available upon direct inquiry (hello@theneststudio.ca), starting at $350/mo for 10 hours of access.
